Meet Danielle

M.S., CNS, LDN, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

For nearly two decades, Danielle has studied wellness, nutrition, and exercise. Her health and fitness journey started as it does for most girls and young women, with a singular focus on body image. When Danielle began her wellness venture, quality information wasn’t as easily accessible as it is today.  So, Danielle resorted to regularly purchasing fitness magazines at her local grocery stores, which led to her trialing most of the “latest and greatest” dieting and exercise trends. Although she ended up reaching her ideal weight, she learned in time, that she was far from healthy. This was the impetus for Danielle to shift her goal from losing weight to gaining health.

After a great deal of trial and error, experience, and self-education, she finally learned how to provide nourishment to her body in a balanced and sustainable way.

Through her education and her own experiences, Danielle learned the importance of personalized nutrition and bioindividuality.  She recognizes that every person has their own unique biological profile that, with the right supports, can be leveraged to bolster the bodies’ innate healing potential and optimize overall wellness.

Danielle’s goal is to share her insights and knowledge with her clients and readers in order to equip them with information and empower them to achieve their true wellness potential.

Danielle is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and licensed dietitian nutritionist (LDN) with a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.  Danielle received additional training in the use of functional medicine for ADHD and is now a certified functional medicine ADHD provider.

Additionally, Danielle has a Masters of Education in Severe Special Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  She believes that education and behavioral modification is an integral component needed to evoke long lasting lifestyle changes.

Danielle has dedicated herself to blending all three of her worlds, nutrition, behavior analysis, and education, with the intention of bringing her knowledge and experience to both her clients and her readers.
