Our approach begins with understanding our client’s full health story, including menstrual and hormonal history, digestive symptoms, stress load, medication and supplement use, and lifestyle demands. Rather than isolating symptoms, we look for patterns across systems. This is particularly important because hormonal health, gut health, and mental health deeply influence one another.
Step 1: Whole-Person Assessment
We begin by understanding our client’s complete health history, with attention to hormonal patterns, digestive symptoms, mental health, stress load, medication use, diet and lifestyle demands. Because women’s health is deeply interconnected, no system is assessed in isolation.
Step 2: Pattern Identification & Root Cause Exploration
We analyze labs (conventional and functional), nutrition intake, and lifestyle factors to identify patterns related to gut health, blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, and stress physiology. This step provides clarity around what may be driving symptoms.
Step 3: Collaboration & Personalized Plan Development
Once we have an idea of what the root cause driving symptoms, we will partner with you to develop individualized lifestyle, nutrition, supplement recommendations (when appropriate). This phase is rooted in collaboration. We bring the clinical and nutritional science, and you bring lived experience and insight into your own body. Together, we determine what support feels appropriate, achievable, and aligned with your needs.
Step 4: Ongoing Care & Plan Refinement
Once we have began implementation, we will discuss how well the interventions are working, refine interventions where needed, and strategize how to move forward based on the feedback from prior interventions. During this process, we will regularly communicate with one another to determine how to either refine or evolve interventions. This is a “push and pull” process. We will use your body’s cues, labs, goals, and nutritional science to determine when to pull back on interventions or progress forward.
